SB shared a super easy, super tasty and Weight Watchers friendly chocolate muffin recipe! At first when she told me the ingredients I was not so sure about these! They are really moist and super good though!
Ingredients
- Duncan Hines Devils Food or Chocolate Cake Mix
- Libby's Pumpkin (NO seasoning, just pumpkin, soup can size)
Directions
Mix cake mix and pumpkin together. Spoon in greased muffin pans or paper lined muffin pans. Bake according to box directions for time and temperature. That's it!Thanks to Bake Space for this picture!
I also found a similar recipe but with added yum, bye bye Weight Watchers good points though! Our Best Bites has the recipe using Spice Cake mix and adding chocolate chips to the mix! Oh My!
