Happy Friday everyone! This past week girlie and I have found we are totally loving doing puzzles together. We have done them in the past, or should I say, I tried to do them with her, but she wasn't really in to them. She would conveniently have to go potty just when they were getting good! That all changed this week, a total of six for the week, one day we did 4 puzzles on the dining room table in one day! We were so proud we left them until we ran out of room, so I took a picture before we put them away! Oh, did I mention we dropped a couple of pieces and our dog ate them??So I just bought a 500 piece puzzle, ignoring the fact that the box read age 10+...she is a new 5! We started it, kind of, then she dumped out one of the 50 piece puzzles we did and started to do that one again as I struggled with the 500 piecer! Live and learn...I am thankful for something new we can do together though!I look forward to getting to know some new friends today! What do you enjoy doing when you have some spare time?
Following your lovely blog on FF!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! I'm looking forward to when my daughters get older and we can do puzzles, right now the attention span isn't there (or the grasp of fitting the right pieces together) but I love how cute your daughter is smiling next to her accomplishment! :)
ReplyDeleteI am following you back from Friday follow. Just save the puzzle and try again in a few years :) I have a just turned 5 year old too - so I also know about the attention span. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYou have a really cute blog. Thanks for following, I am following you back.
ReplyDeleteYour daughter has an adorable smile. I read the post below about looking for squirrels. I did a post not long ago that your daughter might like: http://squirrelqueen2.blogspot.com/2010/04/camera-shy.html

Thanks everyone! Nice visiting you all today!
ReplyDeleteFollowing back from FF. :) Thanks so much for visiting! Oh in my spare time, when I'm not fulfilling my bloggy addiction LOL, I like playing outside with my little boy (just got a bunch of outdoor play stuff from a yard sale wahoo!) and I like to go on dates with my man or just getting to cuddle is nice. :) Can't wait to have puzzle time with my little ones. He still is playing with the small puzzles and likes to talk about the little animals more than put the puzzle together. It's fun!
